The Virtual Home Selling Experience
During changing times, we must change the way we do things. Here’s a little insight into the changes we’re making at The Hokel Real Estate Team to stay socially responsible to our clients and our community.
The virtual home selling process:
Virtual Consultation - We will schedule a virtual appointment by phone or video chat to discuss your selling goals.
Develop Pricing Strategy - We will discuss strategic pricing and enhancements to maximize your sales price.
Electronically sign - You will have the ability to sign all documents electronically.
Virtual staging consult - Via video tour, we’ll discuss staging recommendations that will sell your home for top dollar.
Virtual video + Photo Consult - We’ll get together virtually with the best real estate media experts in town and give you the tips + tricks to take great photos/video.
Digital marketing - We will show you how our proven modern, innovative marketing plan will work for you.
Virtual open houses/showings - We will use technology to get as many buyers {virtually} through your home as possible.
Sign electronically (again) - Once we've received an offer, and accepted it! You can digitually give us your signature on all offers, disclosures and other essential documents through Dotloop.
Virtual inspections - After the contract is fully accepted and all terms are agreed upon, a home inspection can be performed, if the contract allows.
The buyer may or may not need to be present. The inspector they hire, will take a thorough look at the property. They will then draft a digital report detailed with photos and descriptions.
Closing virtually - We will come to your home to have you sign the closing documents. This must be notarized so we, as your agent, can notarize them and deliver to closing. We will pick the keys up from you during this time.
Moving day! The money can be electronically wired to you or we can drop the check off to you.
While the way we are helping clients is changing a little, our service and dedication to you is not. Contact us today to talk about whether selling right now is the right decision for you!
