Support

The Hokel Real Estate Team gives you a foundation that allows you be do what you do best. Focus on SELLING. We have support for almost every other aspect of the business.

• Transaction Management

We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff.

Training & Mentorship

Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business. We have a Training Calendar that will keep you growing, week over week.

• One on Ones with team leader - 2 Mondays/month

• Team Huddle - Tuesday 9am - 10am

• C21 Connect (New Agents) - Monday 1p-2p

There is no lack of training on our Team.

NEW AGENTS: All New Agents that join The Hokel Real Estate Team are assigned a success coach. They will help guide you through your first year of real estate.

EXPERIENCED AGENTS: Coach with our Owner, Ethan Hokel. You will also have access to his coaches. If you want to level up your business, this is where it happens.

We are very selective with the Agents that we bring onto the Team. We know we offer a ton to our Agents, and we have high expectations in return.
