A shout out to our amazing clients!

This year has made the home buying & selling process stressful. Making us EXTRA thankful that we get to serve our amazing clients.

We feel our clients are the heroes of our story this year. Each of our clients has their own story to tell so recently we asked our followers on social media to drop a number and they chose 4 of our stories to share.

The Whipple Family

These two were our first clients who viewed properties 100% over FaceTime/Zoom. They also had to compete in several multiple offer situations, missing out on several homes befitting finding the one. They actually ended up having TWO homes under contract. When they finally found a home, we were devastated when the sellers backed out with little explanation. We quickly had to find them a new home. Luckily, Ethan was able to find them an off market property. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to close and they were left homeless for a week. They navigated this bump journey of selling a home {in St Louis} and buying one here {sight unseen} like champs!

The Combs Family

The Combs family purchased their home in 2018 {pictured above} 😍 They called us in 2019 to tell us their family was growing and they needed a larger home. We listed it on the market in the fall, but didn’t have much luck.

We relisted in the spring of 2020 and it sold within a month! We’re so happy we got to help them twice!

The Smith Family

The Smith Family found a home they loved in July, but they had one to sell first. We quickly placed theirs on the market and they accepted an offer the following day, for over asking price! 👏🏻

However, 10 days later the derecho hit. Causing damage at both houses. The following 35 days would include the stress of storm cleanup coupled with buying AND selling a home. These two could not have handled it better! We love amazing clients like them!

Matt & Nate

Matt & Nate were referred to us in 2019.  They decided to build their dream home, and they waited for 6 long months for their home to be built. The day before closing we were notified a judgement was placed against their entire housing development only a week before! They ended up having to hire an attorney to make sure they were fully protected.

They closed two weeks later. They were also our last clients of 2020 who have a “normal” closing at the closing table.

Bottom Line

Every deal is different. Every story is different. 2020 has been tough but every time there’s been a bump in the road our clients have pulled through. We’re grateful for the trust they put in us.

We would love to tell your story next!
