Our team has several buyers looking for homes right now, and none of them can find one! Today we’re sharing our list which includes the basic criteria for each of our buyer clients who haven’t been able to find a new home.

Please take a look at the list below & let us know if anyone you know has a similar home that they’ve considered selling.

1) THREE buyers looking for a Huxley home. Up to $400,000. 3-4 bedrooms.

2) Norwalk. 2008 or newer. Up to $300,000. 3+ Bedroom.

3) Norwalk. Up to $400,000. 3 car garage. 3+ bedroom.

4) Ames or surrounding areas. Up to $200,000. 2 car garage. 3+ bedroom.

5) Ankeny ranch. Newer. 1600+ sq ft. Finished basement. Up to $475,000. On flat lot.

6) Ankeny or western suburbs. 2015 or newer up to $300,000.

All our clients are already pre-approved. They are looking for something off MLS- perhaps an owner who doesn’t want to deal with staging or showings. Most of our buyers have flexible closing dates as well, so we have time to find you a home too!
