Here’s a snapshot of the Ballard area real estate market for May 2020. Here’s what you should know:

1️⃣ Active listings dropped by 3

2️⃣ Pending sales dropped by 2

3️⃣ Sold listings dropped by 50%.

With social distancing taking effect in mid March this drop was expected. However, these numbers do show us homes are still closing despite social distancing. We still expect to see a V shaped recovery in the coming months.
