What you should know about the market:

Here’s a snapshot of the Ballard area real estate market for March 2020. Here’s what you should know:

1️⃣ Active listings went up 67%

2️⃣ Pending sales went up 36%

3️⃣ Sold listings, since the beginning of the year, have been hovering around 5-6 sold per month

While our world has changed since the beginning of March. My team and I have shifted our business so we can continue to serve you. And while things have definitely changed, they haven’t stopped, last week was one of our busiest weeks this year.

Due to a memorandum issued by The US Dept of Homeland Security real estate (e.g. agents, mortgage offices, etc.) was deemed an “essential service”, and we can continue to operate during this hardship. What that means is, regardless of what happens we at The Hokel Real Estate Team will continue to serve you and we will conduct ourselves accordingly. We don’t take this responsibility lightly, we have altered our practices for both buyers and sellers.
