Here’s a snapshot of the Ballard area real estate market for August 2022

There's not doubt that the market is shifting, but please don't buy into the doom and gloom the media is putting out there about the housing market.

While we have seen more inventory come on the market and more price reductions, we've also seen steady days on market and a continued rise in sale price.

Real estate is hyperlocal. So far here in Central Iowa we are still doing great. We do have a bit more inventory, but we need it. Buyer demand is strong despite higher interest rates and at the end of the day, that along with continued home price appreciation still makes it a great time to sell too.
