Home prices will continue to rise, we don't expect this to change anytime soon. Homes will continue to appreciate, but at a slower pace.

We're starting to see more homes come on the market! This is great news for buyers, you'll start to have more options & less competition.

Not every home is flying off the market in the first couple days. However, this market is still VERY competitive.
